Performance Plus Auto Repair is a family owned business.  Debi and Wayne Overby opened Performance Plus Auto Repair nearly 25 years ago and have been serving the Fayetteville area ever since.  As a military family Debi and Wayne also understand the needs of those proudly serving in our Military at Fort Bragg.  The goal of Performance Plus Auto Repair is to offer top quality auto maintenance and repairs with fast friendly service at reasonable prices. 

      About Us

Debi and Wayne Overby are the owners and operators of Performance Plus Auto Repair.  Both Debi and Wayne have been in the auto industry most of there lives.  Debi's Father owned two gas stations right here in Fayetteville many years ago.  Debi started out at her father's gas station pumping gas as a young girl.  In her teen years Debi started learning how to do auto repairs from her father and the mechanics that worked at his shop. Later Debi got into auto racing and even owned her own race car. At the time she was one of the very few women race car drivers.  Wayne also grew up around cars and was practically born with a wrench in his hand.  He worked in the auto industry for years after he proudly serving in the Navy.  Wayne worked for auto dealers and he also owned his own race car, Debi and Wayne met competing against each other racing, started dating and later got married.  When Wayne moved to Fayetteville he worked at a transmision shop for many years.  What makes Wayne so unique is he can do anything.  He can handle minor repairs as well as engine rebuild, transmission work  timing belts you name it Wayne can do it.  Between both Debi and Wayne's talents it just seemed natural that this husband and wife team start there own shop and Performance Plus Auto Repair was born.
